By accessing or using SpaceMuse, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. SpaceMuse Inc. ("Company") provides the SpaceMuse platform as a software-as-a-service product for interior design visualization and planning.

You retain ownership of all content you upload to SpaceMuse, including photos, floor plans, and design preferences. The Company retains ownership of AI-generated outputs, but grants you a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use generated designs for personal and commercial purposes under your active subscription.

You agree not to use SpaceMuse to generate content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights, or to reverse-engineer the AI models powering the platform.

The Company reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

SpaceMuse Inc. collects personal information necessary to provide the SpaceMuse service, including your name, email address, uploaded photos and floor plans, and design preferences.

We use this information to generate design concepts, improve our AI models, and communicate with you about your account. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Uploaded images and floor plans are processed by our AI systems and stored securely. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting privacy@spacemuse.space.

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest. For questions about our privacy practices, contact our Data Protection Officer at privacy@spacemuse.space.

SpaceMuse uses essential cookies to maintain your session and preferences. We also use analytics cookies to understand how the platform is used and improve the experience.
