SpaceMuse FAQ
Quick answers to help you get the most out of our platform.
SpaceMuse generates concepts that respect your room dimensions, lighting conditions, and spatial constraints. While renders are meant to communicate design direction rather than serve as construction documents, most designers find them accurate enough to guide purchasing and layout decisions.
You can upload room photos taken with any smartphone, floor plans in PDF or image format, or even rough sketches. SpaceMuse works best with well-lit photos that show the full room, but it can handle partial views and will ask clarifying questions when needed.
Yes. SpaceMuse generates shareable links and branded PDF exports that include room concepts, mood boards, product lists, and cost estimates. Clients can view and comment without needing their own account.
SpaceMuse supports residential and light commercial spaces including offices, retail showrooms, restaurants, and hospitality lobbies. Larger commercial projects may require the Agency plan for advanced layout tools.
Set a budget range for the entire room or per category (furniture, lighting, textiles), and SpaceMuse filters product suggestions to fit. It also shows alternatives at different price points so you can make trade-offs without starting over.
